Call for Sponsorship of CIKM 2019

The 28th ACM International Conference on Information and Knowledge Management (CIKM) takes place on Nov 3-7, 2019 at Beijing, China. Strategically positioned at the intersection of research on the management of knowledge, information, and data, CIKM is uniquely situated to highlight technologies and insights that materialize the Big Data, Big Information and Big Knowledge vision of the future.
Since 1992, CIKM has successfully brought together leading researchers and developers from the knowledge management, information retrieval, and database communities. Through the publication, presentation, and discussion of high-quality applied and theoretical research findings, CIKM attendees shape the future by identifying challenging problems facing the creation of advanced knowledge and information systems, and by providing insightful solution approaches for those problems. With CIKM 2019, we will continue the tradition of promoting collaboration among multiple areas through broad and interdisciplinary programs for the conference, including workshops, tutorials, industry speakers, keynote speakers, research papers and posters, demonstrations, competitions, and other special events.
In CIKM 2019, we expect to attract over 1500 leading researchers from universities, industry, as well as some participation from governmental entities. We will provide rich opportunities to companies according to their interest. Many of our sponsors & exhibitors use CIKM to meet & hire the leading data scientists of our generation. Other companies and many startups use the exhibition booth as a venue to advertise & meet new customers.   • The supporter may provide a freestanding banner that will be positioned in the main conference registration area for the duration of the Conference (max. size 2m high x 1m wide).

  • 2 complimentary exhibitor (booth-only) registrations.
  • Verbal & Slides acknowledgement as a Platinum Supporter during the opening and closing sessions of the Conference.
  • One middle exhibition booth located in the conference (with priority in booth selection).
  • 100-word profile and supporter logo in the Conference Program.
  • Full-page advertising space in the Conference Program (with artwork supplied by the supporter).

Wireless Access Sponsorship – USD 10,000 (max 1 sponsors)

  • Sponsor logo to be displayed on Internet landing page. Exclusive.

Media Sponsorships (for Media partners only)

  • Prominent branding on summit website, signage, conference bags, and materials.
  • CIKM will send 2 company tailored emails to all CIKM 2019 attendees before and after the conference. Note: We are not giving out the attendee list. The sponsor will provide the email to CIKM, and CIKM will approve and send it.
  • Company profile (description, logo, link) in show-guide and website.
  • 2 complimentary full-conference press passes for staff members.

Sponsored onsite recruitment events

  • CIKM has obtained several rooms at the conference venue for corporate recruitment events e.g. cocktails for the CIKM participants you invite, or rooms for onsite interviews.
